2020年6月 26-28日，the 14th IEEE/ACM International Conference on Software and Systems Process（ICSSP 2020）在线上成功召开。本届ICSSP会议是首次以线上的形式展开，同时与the 15th IEEE/ACM International Conference on Global Software Engineering (ICGSE 2020)联合举办。
ICSSP是关于软件过程领域全球最富盛名的学术会议，被列为CORE Rank A类会议和CCF C类会议。本届ICSSP会议总共设置了5个主题报告： Software engineering process related case studies、Enterprise processes for Agile and DevOps、Machine Learning, AI and Microservices Architectures、Empirical studies and experience reports on agile and hybrid processes、Applied Software Engineering Practices。
杭州电子科技大学作为参与的协办方之一，由实验室团队参与协办。俞东进教授、陈信博士作为组委会成员，协同俞海华、范旭麟两位同学承担了线上平台的技术服务工作。本次会议的成功进行，扩大了大数据研究院以及团队在全球软件工程学术界的学术影响力。
